Sweeping Through Life

I am loving the the First Lady's new hair cut. I have thought of making the snip myself for some bangs, but they are such a commitment. What do you think?  bangs 

Zebra       Aqua       Damask I want one of these maternity hospital gowns. I think that that they are really cute and stylish. I am sure they will look great in pictures for Baby J's arrival. I do understand that I will only have the gown for a little bit in the hospital, but it might be comfortable to wear around the house when I am home with the baby. They are kinda of expensive, maybe I can get my mom to make me one. Not like she has not already been chained to the sewing machine making for stuff for the baby's room, what is one more project. We will see.

My favorite Kardashian sister is Khloe. I think because she is sassy and had speaks her mind. Do you have a favorite Kardashian sister? Can we really compare Kim's wedding to the Royal Wedding? Really? Not quite. Kris Jenner needs to remember that she is their mother and not their sister. Do we think that Rob Kardashian is going to do better than Kim on Dancing with the Stars? I like some of the pieces in the their new line at Sears the Kardashian Kollection .

In preparation for fall, I wanted to treat myself to a new purse. I had thought about taking a trip to my local Coach outlet to get one ( I still might), but I was walking in Marshalls and found this baby....  Image found here Isn't she pretty? Even better, since I bought it at Marshalls I paid a lot less than getting at a retail store. I have not had a new Donney and Bourke is several years. When I was little, my mom and I used to go to the Donney and Bourke store in Pennsylvia. I wonder if is still there. I have not broke her out yet, I am waiting on the official start of fall, so one more week. Yeah!! Is there anything that you want new for fall?

Forget about football and raking leaves.....it is all about the new fall fashions. I know that summer is not over yet, but a girl has to plan. I have been looking at some of the fall  fashions. I have decided that I definitely want tunics and leggings for fall. They look so comfortable and look like they can be dressed up work or dressed down for relaxing on the weekends.  With tunics you need leggings..... Over course I would be wearing them with some boots or nice ballerina flats. I think acquiring some of these pieces will make for a good base for my fall wardrobe. It is Fill in the Blank time again. This weeks is about fashion, in which I love. Here are my thoughts.... One fashion trend that I regret is MC Hammer pants. These pants should have never been made. They made you look like you pooped your pants. One thing that always completes an outfit is jewelry. From putting on a chunky gold bracelet or some fabulous feather earrings, jewelry always allows you to make a statement.  I describe my personal style as ever changing. Sometimes I feel urban, others I am preppy, at times I am sloppy or hippie. My style depends on the day and how I feel and to be realistic it also depends on what I have to iron or not iron when I am getting ready in the morning.  My fashion muses are Sarah Jessica Parker and Jill Scott. I love how each one of these ladies styles are every changing, but their looks are something that  looks comfortable yet chic and that I can recreate on my budget.
