Sweeping Through Life

Well, you know after having a baby, you may not be feeling your best. I have been feeling pretty good, but I really need to get back into my diva mood. To assist with my transition for mommy to divatastic-momma I recently made a couple of purchases. I love my new Coach purse and I got it for a great deal. I would like a fresh face for spring and summer. I have a pink lip gloss that I was given to wear on my wedding day that I really like. Since that lip gloss was purchased for me and is Giorgio Armani, I needed to find another alternative. I found a great color at the MAC counter called Lovestruck. I also purchased some of the old standards of Oh Baby and clear lipglass. The make-up lady's face looked so nice and fresh and not overdone and I complimented her on it, so she gave me so make-up tips. The tips were greatly appreciated and seem easy to do. In preparation for fall, I wanted to treat myself to a new purse. I had thought about taking a trip to my local Coach outlet to get one ( I still might), but I was walking in Marshalls and found this baby....  Image found here Isn't she pretty? Even better, since I bought it at Marshalls I paid a lot less than getting at a retail store. I have not had a new Donney and Bourke is several years. When I was little, my mom and I used to go to the Donney and Bourke store in Pennsylvia. I wonder if is still there. I have not broke her out yet, I am waiting on the official start of fall, so one more week. Yeah!! Is there anything that you want new for fall?

I treated myself to some new purses as a belated birthday gift to myself. They are both from Coach. This past weekend, my mom and I decided to go to one of the outlet malls, in which there is a Coach Outlet Story. They were having a great sale. The sale was so good my mom, bought herself one. I have some other black ones but I did not have one this shape. I thought it was really cute. (I guess so since I purchased it) It is just the right size for everything.  When we got into the store it was packed with customers. I guess everyone wanted to take advantage of the sale. I was immediately drawn to a yellow purse. The one that I first saw, was all yellow, but I thought that I would not carry it that often. Then I saw this one and thought it was totally cute. I can not wait to carry it this Sunday with my cute little yellow skirt and cardigan. I know in this economy, purchasing a purse may not be responsible, but it is nice to splurge on yourself every once and a while.
