Wedded Wednesday: Dear Dana.....

Dear Dana,

We hope all is well and wanted to let you know that we are thinking of you. We know that alot of people have been asking you lots of questions, even some people that you are not close to. We have a response for you to give them next time that they ask, " When are you going to have a baby?", you can tell them, " Stay out my uterus." Why does everyone think that you should be having a baby? Are they going to be taking care of it? Are you going to obtain the expense?

We know that you and dad have had conversations about when you are going to use us.We just want to let you know that we want you to be the best mom that you can be, so if  you want to lose a few more pounds or have a little more "me time" before using us, we are o.k. with that.  We will be ready when you, dad and God are.

We just wanted to let you know that we love you and are here for you. We will check in on you from time to time, to make sure that your o.k., so until then take care.

Love,
Your Reproductive System

Hilarious! I feel you. I think that when you get married, people automatically think that you should have babies. How about every couple is different and they can do whatever they want to do. When people asked me, I always said "When God is ready".

When did people think that it was a good idea to be all up in your bedroom? Because that is really what they are doing...but they think that it's okay because you're married.

Sometimes I think people ask because they have nothing else to say. It really can become annoying because they don't know what is going on. what if the woman that they asked is having trouble getting pregnant. It could be a number of things. some couples have to wait to have children because they can not have babies at the moment. Some couples just want to have fun and get to know each other and travel and "just be".

can you tell that I have gone through the same thing? LOL

Ladies, I agree with both of you. I really wonder what someone would say to me if I did tell them to stay out of my uterus. I think that some people just think that since you have gotten married that your life is an open book.

Wedded Wednesday: Wife +Sick Hubby =Medical Degree

I posted  last week about my husband being sick. Even though he is feeling better, he went to his doctor to make sure everything was OK. His doctor in-turn referred him to a specialist, to make sure as well. When I asked him what was the specialist going to do, he said " I do not know. Probably just check me out."  That did not sit well with me, so I decided that I needed to attend the appointment with him. We attended the appointment. He signed in at the front desk and the receptionist asked for the paperwork sent. He of course looked at me......especially since I was the one who fill out the paperwork. I am not sure why I filled out his paperwork, probably because he asked me to, but I never have him fill out my medical paperwork. I digress. We were escorted back to the exam room. The nurse was really nice. As she began to ask for some of the medical information, I found myself answering more of the questions than he was. Maybe I should have been quiet. The doctor eventua...
