To Cloth or Not To Cloth?

gDiapers
I would like to try using cloths diapers for Baby J. I was referred to this system call gDiapers since they have flushable inserts or you can use cloth inserts. The hubby is not to sure about using the cloth diapers, so I will have a supply of regular diapers in the house as well. Every time I say I want to try cloth diapers to my friends who are parents, they either look at me like a deer in headlights or chuckle at me. I just want to give it a try, what do you think? If you have a baby or had a baby did you use cloth or regular diapers?

your parents are cute :)

i think in the future i would just use regular diapers ... honestly, my reasoning would be for the convenience ... i know it would be a cost savings but i just know how i am.

good luck making your decision!

I think a lot of parents are giving cloth diapers a try, and it's a great idea. I don't have kids yet, and I doubt I would have the patience for cloth diapers, but I applaud those who do!

my sister has been alternating between cloth diapers and the other one and she say its working ok. when they are home..they usually use the cloth because it's not as convenient when you are not home. kudos to you for thinking about it....it's probably ideal on the baby's touchie!

I wouldnt use cloth. I coupon a lot and if you do it right you can save 50% off diapers. If I had to pay retail for diapers I'd consider cloth. I hear good things about cloth like less chance of diaper rash.

Wedded Wednesday: Wife +Sick Hubby =Medical Degree

I posted  last week about my husband being sick. Even though he is feeling better, he went to his doctor to make sure everything was OK. His doctor in-turn referred him to a specialist, to make sure as well. When I asked him what was the specialist going to do, he said " I do not know. Probably just check me out."  That did not sit well with me, so I decided that I needed to attend the appointment with him. We attended the appointment. He signed in at the front desk and the receptionist asked for the paperwork sent. He of course looked at me......especially since I was the one who fill out the paperwork. I am not sure why I filled out his paperwork, probably because he asked me to, but I never have him fill out my medical paperwork. I digress. We were escorted back to the exam room. The nurse was really nice. As she began to ask for some of the medical information, I found myself answering more of the questions than he was. Maybe I should have been quiet. The doctor eventua...
