Fill In the Blank Friday

Fill In

1.  Right now the weather where I live is    cool. It is a welcomed change for all the heat and humidity that we have been having all summer.

2.  The best piece of advice I've been given is  I really do not know . It is probably something that my mom has said to me, but she has said so much good stuff it is hard to narrow it down.

3.  My most favorite person in all the world is  a hard one. I have several favorite people, but I have to say my favorite person at the moment is my little Miss G. (sorry honey. She makes a day every day.

4. If I were to have a "mission statement" for my life, it would be    " Be open." With that simple statement it means, be open to life, God, new experiences or anything. You never know what is coming your way.

5. My most favorite item in my closet is  a white t-shirt. I love a bright white t-shirt. You can dress it up or down and still be relaxed.

6. The best cure for a bad day is  a cozy bed, mindless TV and a long nap .

7.  Today is  another day to learn something new   .

I have fallen asleep in a folding chair, on a couch , outside, sitting up.....let's say when I am tired, I am tired . 5.   My dream bedroom would be       have lots of white linens and would feel very breezy. It would be filled with antiques and have a large sitting area. It would be shabby chic . 6.   If I could wake up anywhere tomorrow morning it would be        on a porch on a beach house listening to the waves roll in and the feeling the sun rise on my face . 7.   The longest sleep I've ever had was    I a...

I posted  last week about my husband being sick. Even though he is feeling better, he went to his doctor to make sure everything was OK. His doctor in-turn referred him to a specialist, to make sure as well. When I asked him what was the specialist going to do, he said " I do not know. Probably just check me out."  That did not sit well with me, so I decided that I needed to attend the appointment with him. We attended the appointment. He signed in at the front desk and the receptionist asked for the paperwork sent. He of course looked at me......especially since I was the one who fill out the paperwork. I am not sure why I filled out his paperwork, probably because he asked me to, but I never have him fill out my medical paperwork. I digress. We were escorted back to the exam room. The nurse was really nice. As she began to ask for some of the medical information, I found myself answering more of the questions than he was. Maybe I should have been quiet. The doctor eventua...
