Mommy MoJo: 20 About Me

It begins there are my thoughts for the link up at Team Pancakes. Today's questions are the following

A) List 20 random facts about yourself.

  3. I sleep on glasses.
  4. I am a want-a-be Martha Stewart.
  5. I unfortunately like lots of reality tv.
  6. I have a 15 month old daughter.
  7. I love the Golden Girls.
  8. I have been married 4 years.
  9. I love seafood and Mexican food.
  10. Just started liking Converse tennis shoes.
  11. I sleep with the tv on .
  12. I have several scrapbooks that I need to complete.
  13. I attended two high school graduation parties this weekend.
  14. I get my nails done every two weeks.
  15. I am trying to create a morning routine where I have some me time.

B) Describe 3 legitimate fears you have and explain how they became fears
  1. I do not like thunderstorms. I hate them actually. I do like the sounds. I do not like the darkness. I do not like the potential of destruction.  I think that I interactions with my grandfather assisted with me not liking them, since he did not like them either. When they occur now and my husband is not home he now always calls and checks on me, to make sure I am ok.
  2. That I won't be a good mommy. I am not sure that it is a legitimate fear, but each day is new, full of fun and challenges. I think that she thinks I am pretty great,  I think I just need to reassure myself sometimes.
  3. Not doing a good job at everything that I am involved in. I am involved in some much it at times seems hard to balance everything and make sure that everything comes out perfect, or as close to perfect that I can get. I know that things happens, but I still want things to come out the way that I want it.

Wedded Wednesday: Wife +Sick Hubby =Medical Degree

I posted  last week about my husband being sick. Even though he is feeling better, he went to his doctor to make sure everything was OK. His doctor in-turn referred him to a specialist, to make sure as well. When I asked him what was the specialist going to do, he said " I do not know. Probably just check me out."  That did not sit well with me, so I decided that I needed to attend the appointment with him. We attended the appointment. He signed in at the front desk and the receptionist asked for the paperwork sent. He of course looked at me......especially since I was the one who fill out the paperwork. I am not sure why I filled out his paperwork, probably because he asked me to, but I never have him fill out my medical paperwork. I digress. We were escorted back to the exam room. The nurse was really nice. As she began to ask for some of the medical information, I found myself answering more of the questions than he was. Maybe I should have been quiet. The doctor eventua...
