Mommy MoJo: More About Me

Here are some more of Team Pancakes questions.  I am alittle behind but I am still chuggin along.

1. List 10 people who have influenced you and describe how.
I know that I do not have 10 people, but I do have the person that has influenced me.....my mom.  My mom has shaped me into the woman that I am today. Her views, the talks with me as a child, the discipline recieved, the opportunities given and the love and respect shown were all apart of my shaping. I am truely grateful.

2. Describe your most embarrassing moment.

I think that my most embarrassing moment was when I was in 6th grade and was playing softball in my white and blue uniform and during the game I had cycle started.  It was the first time I had every gotten a cycle. Ugh.

3. Describe 10 pet peeves you have.

  • People who talk to much.
  • A dirty kitchen
  • A slow movie
  • Ignorance
  • People who drive slow in the fast lane
  • Ashy feet.
  • Burnt popcorn smell in the work cafeteria.
  • Undone projects
  • Not being able to find what I am looking for.
  • Driving in snow.

Wedded Wednesday: Wife +Sick Hubby =Medical Degree

I posted  last week about my husband being sick. Even though he is feeling better, he went to his doctor to make sure everything was OK. His doctor in-turn referred him to a specialist, to make sure as well. When I asked him what was the specialist going to do, he said " I do not know. Probably just check me out."  That did not sit well with me, so I decided that I needed to attend the appointment with him. We attended the appointment. He signed in at the front desk and the receptionist asked for the paperwork sent. He of course looked at me......especially since I was the one who fill out the paperwork. I am not sure why I filled out his paperwork, probably because he asked me to, but I never have him fill out my medical paperwork. I digress. We were escorted back to the exam room. The nurse was really nice. As she began to ask for some of the medical information, I found myself answering more of the questions than he was. Maybe I should have been quiet. The doctor eventua...
