Since I was on a little medical leave, I laid around the house all day. I was very excited about it. I watched "The Lake House" and lots of DIY and HGTv.
Saturday
Went to my first meeting for this sorority year.
Then went to one meeting to another that I had at church. Then I got to enjoy so time with my mommy and we went to lunch at Red Lobster and went shopping for some new Halloween items for my annual party.
Sunday
Went to church. Enjoyed hanging out and going to Olive Garden with the hubby.

1. Why do you blog?
It is a release for me. I use my blog as a diary of sorts to record my life and my comings and goings. I really enjoy reading about other people lives and getting feed back on my own.
2. What is your favorite dish?
My favorite dish is crab legs. I love, love crab legs. I can not wait for Lenten season because they are on sale at the grocery store.
3. What is your guilty pleasure?
I love, love ice cream and reality TV.
4. Are you good with keeping secrets?
I am good with keeping secrets that I feel will not be harmful to the person telling me or anyone else involved.
5. What is your most favorite thing to shop for?
Shoes, Shoes, Shoes.
6. What is the best advice you've ever been given?
To always be yourself. If you change who you are, you will always be changing to please someone.
7. Who is your role model?
My mom. She is a strong African-American woman and has taught me how to be a woman. I hope that I will be half the mom that she is one day.
8. If I handed you $150.00, what would you buy?
If I was given 150.00 right now it would either go into savings, towards something for the upcoming bathroom remodel or towards the new french doors that we want.

why do shoes have to be so much fun to shop for? it's my weakness!
i would also spend the $150 for some stuff for the house. maybe some fall decor! :)
