33 Weeks

Well, 33 weeks is here. Time is just moving along. It seems to be going so quick. No pic this week. I look about the same. I am sure that I will have a picture next week. Size of Baby:   Per Baby Center, Baby J is about the size of a pineapple. I am sure Baby J might be a little bit bigger since they were a week ahead of schedule per the last ultrasound.  Maternity Clothes: Stretch clothing. I am trying to hold out on making anymore purchases, but I might need to buy some more elastic waistband pants. Gender: Is Baby J a girl or a boy? Movement: Lots, lots and lots of movement.  I find it kinda funny when Baby J chooses to move and when not. Sometimes I think that Baby J is trying to move my organs around to make more more for them. Heck, maybe they are. Baby J really like to stretch out. Must take after their momma.

Work Baby Shower

At the beginning of December, my co-workers held a baby shower for myself and my co-worker Lisa. We decided when they were planning the baby shower that we did not want people to go to alot of expense since it was so close to the holidays, so we had a Bibs and Socks baby shower. We asked all that were coming to bring a pair of socks or a baby bib for the babies. We had pizza and pop for lunch. Lisa and I love the this bakery Resech's, so our co-workers got our cake from there. It was really nice. Here are a few pics from the shower. The yummy cake. The work gang

Weekend Sweeps

On Friday , I finished some Christmas shopping and got home in time make the hubby a home cooked meal after him being away on a business trip. I was glad to have him home. We spent the evening just vegging out on the couch. It was a nice way to end the week and start the holiday weekend. Saturday , attend the dedication brunch for my little cousin Jisiah. He is so cute. After spending time with the family, I went home and began cooking for Christmas dinner. It was nice to cook at a slow pace. I might have to do this every holiday. It makes it less stressful.  Sunday , it was Christmas. I attended church. While at church Jisiah was dedicated during morning service. After church, I  spent the rest of the day with family and friends. We ate, opened presents, laughed and hung out with one another. It was nice. Baby J got their first Christmas present from my mom. piggy Isn't it cute. I can not wait to put in the finished baby's room. It was a wonderful and relaxing Chris

Weekend Sweeps

On Friday ,  I had to run some errands, like picking up a new cord for my laptop and getting my travel system ( for those who do not know what that is it is a stroller/car seat combo) and was so tired I could not wait to get home and get in the bed.. Saturday ,  I laid in the bed until I had to get up. It was nice to just lay around. Since my hubby had to work on Saturday, his birthday, I made some other plans. I eventually got up and  attend a friends daughters dance school rendition of The Nutcracker. It was very nice and I really enjoyed it. After that I attended my friend Lisa's baby shower. She is due the same month as me. It was a nice shower and I enjoyed playing all the games. After such a busy day, it was nice to talk to the hubby and get some much needed rest. Sunday , I attended church and then came home and enjoyed the rest of the day by watching TV and resting on the couch. Hope that you had a good weekend!!! Just think......one more weekend until Christmas. Hope y

30 Weeks

It is the week of the week of the big 30. Only a few more weeks to go. Wow.. it has gone by so quick. The more that I look at the number of weeks more nervous and excited I get.  Size of Baby: Baby J is the size of a large head of cabbage. Baby J eyes continue to develop at this time ( per Baby Center). Maternity Clothes: Lots of stretchy clothes and comfortable shoes. Gender:  Boy or girl? Movement: Baby J is kicking inside of me. Moving to the left and to the right. Baby J is really liking laying on my bladder and under my rib cage.  It is alright though, because it lets me know the little one is busy.
