Friday
Had my Halloween party. It was so fun. My original idea for my costume fell through and I use what I had and was a witch for the evening. People really got in the spirit of the holiday and giving. Attendees bought so much food items that we filled up a whole box with non-parishable foods that will be donated to my local food pantry. I even had someone dress up as Sue from "Glee". I am already gathering ideas for next years party.
Saturday
Slept in until 2:00 pm. I then got up and watched lots of Lifetime tv and whatever horror film that was on.
Sunday
Went to church. Invited my mom over for a fall feast for Halloween. After dinner my mom and I wanted an ice cream cone from Dairy Queen and had lots of drama with trying to order a small vanilla cone dipped in chocolate rolled in nuts. Was looking forward to watching the Simpsons Halloween special, but I fell asleep on the couch.I was mad that I missed it, but I will catch it on the internet.
