We Have Made A Decision......

Myrtle Beach
We will be sitting in these for our family vacation.  Last year we did a staycation and took a few day trips but this year we are heading to Myrtle Beach. I am looking forward to it, especially since the little has been asking for a year to go to the beach. We just need sometime to just relax, spend time together and explore. I have heard good things about it and it seems like everyone was going there a few years ago (so I am a bit late). I know I want to take Miss G to the aquarium there, but I do not know what else to do there besides sitting on the beach (which is a good thing).  If you have any suggestions of restaurants, places to see or things to do let me know, the internet can tell you so much, your suggestions or experiences are much more beneficial.  I am so excited and can not wait to make new family memories.

Fill in the Blank Friday--Sleep

1.   The last thing I do before going to sleep is         turn on the TV and set the sleep timer . 2.   When I can't sleep I      watch TV until I fall back to sleep   . 3.   The first thing I do when I wake up is     go to the bathroom . 4.   When I'm tired I      can fall asleep anywhere. Wedded Wednesday: Thanksgiving Traditions

With the holidays coming,  I am thinking about how I want to spend them with the hubby. We do the same thing every year for Thanksgiving and make a road trip to spend it with his family. I usually go shopping on the day after Thanksgiving starting at 3:00am and usually come home and sleep the rest of the day. I was looking at starting some sort of new traditions on the Saturday after Thanksgiving that we can do for years to come. Maybe like putting up the Christmas tree (this is my vote), taking an annual holiday photo, doing some shopping together or maybe doing something relaxing like getting a couples massage. Of course, we will have to throw in some football and lots of left overs whatever we decide to do.Building new traditions, will be the traditions that will continue in our family  and define the holidays for years to come.  Do you have any Thanksgiving traditions?
