Tot Talk: Use Your Words

How do you talk to your child? Words are the most powerful things you can say to someone. I try to have a conversation with the little Miss everyday when I pick her up from school as a little mommy daughter convo time. Even if she has had a not so great day, I try to use positive words with her about it. Here is a list of words from Social Justice Solutions on words to say to your child. Give them a try.

Fill in the Blank Friday--Sleep

1.   The last thing I do before going to sleep is         turn on the TV and set the sleep timer . 2.   When I can't sleep I      watch TV until I fall back to sleep   . 3.   The first thing I do when I wake up is     go to the bathroom . 4.   When I'm tired I      can fall asleep anywhere. Announcing........

Girl Announcing the arrival of our beautiful baby girl Gabrielle . She arrived a little bit early and kinda unexpectedly but well timed. She arrived on February 3, 2012 at 8:05 am. We are still getting settled in at home, but I wanted to let you know that she had arrived and I will share our story and pictures later.
