23 Weeks

Size of Baby: Baby J is the size of a mango. Baby J is about 11 inches long. Baby J is starting to hear now. I have been putting my headphones on my belly for Baby J to listen to some classical music.

Maternity Clothes: Started wearing more stretchy stuff.

Gender: Still don't know. Maybe I will be able to see in a week or so.

Movement: Definitely feeling movement.

Sleep: Still getting the naps in, but staying awake longer.

What I Miss: Sleeping on my right side at night. I am trying to follow the rules and sleep on my left side to assist in the baby's circulation.

Cravings: Loving Halloween candy and banana nut bread.

Symptoms: None, but still the hormones on occasion.

Moment of the Week: Think I found my bedding set for the baby at Pottery Barn Kids, but my husband thinks it is to expensive. We see if I find something else or not.

Wedded Wednesday: Thanksgiving Traditions

With the holidays coming,  I am thinking about how I want to spend them with the hubby. We do the same thing every year for Thanksgiving and make a road trip to spend it with his family. I usually go shopping on the day after Thanksgiving starting at 3:00am and usually come home and sleep the rest of the day. I was looking at starting some sort of new traditions on the Saturday after Thanksgiving that we can do for years to come. Maybe like putting up the Christmas tree (this is my vote), taking an annual holiday photo, doing some shopping together or maybe doing something relaxing like getting a couples massage. Of course, we will have to throw in some football and lots of left overs whatever we decide to do.Building new traditions, will be the traditions that will continue in our family  and define the holidays for years to come.  Do you have any Thanksgiving traditions?
